Mr Lim Ee Tuo who spent all of his career as an educator in different capacities posits that the most important work a teacher does is to safeguard our children so that they grow to be healthy and well-adjusted adults. Of all the jobs in the world, the teaching job is the one that creates all other jobs - the father of all jobs.
Safeguarding our children is more than just caring about their safety or emotional health, but also making sure that they are learning the right things - both in a academic and learning aspects and also in life.
