Dr Tsao is a Clinical Psychologist and has more than 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Her clinical experience spans across a variety of settings, including the public service, private sector and re-structured hospitals, providing psychotherapy to local and international children, youths, adults and families. Dr Tsao is also the Clinical Director of Redwood Psychology, a private psychology and consultation practice. She is an Adjunct Lecturer in Psychology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and an Adult Educator at the Social Service Institute.
