Weng Rong has worked with students at Grace Orchard School, as well as their parents and caregivers, for the past 6 years. As a social worker, he firmly believes in what the students can achieve and his role in empowering the parents and caregivers in supporting the students, one of which is guiding them to apply School-Wide Positive Behavior Supports in the home context.
