How long is the Conference Programme?The Conference will run for a full day from 9am to 5pm. Registration will begin at 8.30am. AM Plenary Sessions: 9am to 12.30pm PM Break Out Sessions: 1.45pm to 5pm There will be scheduled recesses in between. Please refer to the Conference Schedule page for more details.

Will food be provided at the Conference?Refreshments and lunch will not be provided at the Conference. There will be, however, scheduled recesses/lunch break for Conference Attendees. You may bring your own refreshments, provided you do not consume them within the halls and rooms. There are also food options near the Lifelong Learning Institute. Do I have to be vaccinated to attend?Yes, all Conference attendees have to be fully vaccinated to attend the Conference. You may refer to this link on the Ministry of Health Website to check the latest advisory of what constitutes a "fully vaccinated" status.

Must I register for the full day Conference? What if I only want to attend half day?You'll be pleased to find out that you can choose to buy the Full Day ticket, or the Half Day ticket. The Full Day Conference will cost $70, and the Half Day Conference (either AM or PM) will cost $40. In other words, you can choose to attend: AM Plenary + PM Break Out Sessions or AM Plenary Sessions or PM Break Out Sessions

What topics will be covered during the Conference?This Conference focuses on evidence-based intervention practices. You may find the full list of topics that will be presented here.

How do the PM Break Out Sessions work?There are two rounds: Break Out A (1.45pm to 3.15pm) and Break Out B (3.30pm to 5pm). There at 6 to 8 concurrent workshops happening in each round of Break Out Sessions. You will have to select one (1) workshop/seminar for Break Out A, and one (1) workshop/seminar for Break Out B. Hence for this Conference, you will attend a total of two (2) Break Out Workshops/Seminars. You may refer to the full list of Break Out Sessions here. The synopsis of each workshop/seminar is also published. We hope this helps you to select the workshop/seminar you would like to attend. How do I register for this Conference?You may register for the Conference through this link. You will also be asked to select your choice for the Break Out Sessions should you register for the Full Day or PM Half Day Conference. Can I purchase tickets on behalf of others?Yes, if you are a Centre Leader/Principal who would like to purchase ticket for your team, you may purchase up to 50 tickets per transaction. You will be required to make a selection of the Break Out Sessions your team will be attending (for more information, refer to Q2 of "Conference Programme" of this FAQ. However, you may amend the participants' data and selection of Break Out Seminars after the tickets have been secured.

Can I make changes to my ticket after payment and registration?Yes you may. You can do this via the Eventbrite website/mobile application. You can refer to this link for more information on how to do so.

I can no longer make it for the event; can I have a refund?Unfortunately we do not process refunds for this Conference. However, you'll be pleased to know that you can transfer the ticket to another person by editing your ticket information. You may read more about how to do so here.
