凌健

台湾国立台南大学特殊教育学博士

新加坡南洋理工大学国立教育学院获教育管理硕士中国华中师范大学获理学学士及法学学士双学位 获新加坡劳动力发展局（现称新加坡精深技能发展局）新技能资格培训与评估高级证书的资深课程开发师、培训讲师及评估师。
 

有近20年的培训和管理经验。在特殊教育领域拥有近10年的研究及实践经验，主要致力于从事儿童情绪障碍、行为障碍、学习障碍及自闭症等多方面的研究工作，在特殊教育及心理学领域发表了多篇学术论文。

​与台湾、美国、中国大陆、新加坡及东南亚各国的学者们积极探讨融合教育的理论和实践，多次参与国际研讨会的分享。

Mr Ling holds a Master in Educational Administration degree from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also holds a double degree in Class Ideology & Politics and Biological Education from Huazhong Normal University in Wuhan, China. He is currently a PhD candidate in Special Needs' Education at the National University of Tainan, Taiwan.
 
As an ACTA certified trainer and assessor in Singapore, Mr Ling has over 20 years of experience in curriculum development and the training and management of trainers in the education sector.
 
In addition, Mr. Ling has more than 10 years of experience working and researching in Special Needs education. He has contributed numerous academic papers on Educational Psychology and Special Needs and has shared his research in international education conferences. 
 

With interest in the areas of inclusive theory and practice of education, he is currently researching on emotional and behavioural disorders, learning disabilities, and autism in children.
